
This lemon herb salmon is ideal if you’re in the mood for something fresh and nutritious. What you will require is:
- Two fillets of salmon
- 1 sliced lemon
- a tablespoon of canola oil
- 1 milligram of dried rosemary
- Finish with salt and pepper, according to personal preference
Instructions:
Set oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C.
Drizzle some olive oil over the salmon fillets and set them on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with rosemary.
Put the lemon slices on top and bake the salmon for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until it’s done.
Complement with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
